Dublin rents and rates are crazier than a comic book villain's master plan, so we had to get creative. We've set up shop inside another business, which means our showroom is like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. And trust us, it's worth the extra effort to make an appointment and come see us!
Tucked away in a super-secret warehousing facility just off Junction 10 of the M50 in Ballymount, Dublin 12, our showroom is like a treasure trove of awesomeness. Make an appointment and get ready for a 1:1 shopping experience that'll blow your mind! Geek out over our incredible collection, and who knows, you might just discover that one piece you've been searching for all your life.
And the best part? There's plenty of free parking on-site, so you won't have to worry about feeding the meter. Plus, we've got toilets (because when nature calls, even collectors have to answer) and giant trolleys to help you haul away your new figurine friends.

Can I just click & collect my order?
Yes, there are two ways to do this!
Option 1: Pre-pay for your order on our website and select "Click & Collect." Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours. We'll call, WhatsApp, or email you to confirm what day you want to pick up your order. We'll leave your order with the staff members in the U Store It reception area for convenient collection.
U Store It reception hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 5pm
Saturdays & Sundays: 10am - 3pm
Closed on bank holidays
Option 2: Prefer to pay in person? Use the calendar above to book an appointment. We'll have your order ready in our showroom where you can pay and collect. Think of it as a personal shopping experience - appointments required!
How do I find your store?
- Driving is the easiest way to get to us, as we're just off the Ballymount exit (Junction 10) of the M50.
But if you prefer public transportation, here are your options:
- Bus: Get off at the Westgate Business Park / TV3 bus stop on Lower Ballymount Road. Route 56A runs every 30 minutes during peak hours and hourly during off-peak times.
- Luas: The nearest stop is Kingswood, which is about 1.5km away. It's a 20-minute walk from the stop to our showroom at U Store It Ballymount
Can I just pop by & visit the showroom without an appointment?
- Sorry, no surprise visits! Our showroom is like a secret lair, and you need an appointment to get in. Our staff work remotely and only come to the showroom for scheduled appointments.
- If you're feeling spontaneous, give us a call to check for last-minute availability, but no promises – our schedules are tighter than a superhero's spandex!
- Planning a bank holiday visit? Make sure to book your appointment well in advance, or we might be off enjoying the long weekend ourselves (even toy sellers need a break!).
How to i book an appointment?
- It's easier than defeating a level one boss! Just use the calendar function above to see all the dates and times we have available.
- Pick the day and time that works best for your schedule, enter your name, email, and contact number, and boom! Your appointment is booked faster than The Flash on a coffee run.
Can I arrive at the location & ask for an appointment?
- Nope, we're a business inside another business (it's like Inception, but with collectibles). Our warehouse provider is awesome, but they won't be able to help you with showroom appointments.
- Please don't show up unannounced, hoping to charm your way in. As much as we love spontaneity, no one will be available to bring you into the showroom (and we don't want you to feel disappointed).
- To book your appointment, just use the calendar function above. It'll show you our full availability, so you can pick a time that works for you (and us!).
How do I cancel or re-arrange my appointment?
- Hey, we get it – life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a heads up by calling, emailing, or messaging us. We promise we won't hold it against you (unless you make a habit of it).
- No one likes being stood up, so please do us a solid and cancel in advance if you can't make it. Repeated no-shows will result in any future appointments being cancelled and blocked (and we'll probably cry into our collectibles for a bit).
Is all your stock available to view at this location?
- You bet! Our showroom is like a treasure trove of everything we've got. If it's on our website, chances are you can see it in person at our showroom. And who knows? You might even spot some newly arrived goodies that we haven't added to the website yet!

Is there anything else I should know about visiting the showroom?
- Just a heads up – our showroom is located in a warehousing facility, and sometimes alarms can go off if other warehouse users forget to turn them off. These alarms usually last for about 10 seconds and can be quite jarring, so if you have sensory issues, please be aware!
- On the bright side, there's plenty of free parking on-site, so you won't have to worry about feeding the meter or fighting for a spot!

Why are deposits required for November-Christmas appointments?
- Because too many people have been booking appointments and not showing up during our busiest season! From late November through Christmas 2025, we require a €10 showroom appointment deposit to stop no-shows and ensure serious collectors get their browsing time.
- Your deposit either comes off your purchase or gets refunded if you visit but don't buy anything. No refund for no-shows though!
- It's just our way of keeping the Christmas toy hunt fair for everyone.
