But one soul-crushing experience later, I was ready to hang up my collector's hat for good. Fast forward a decade or so, and I found myself trapped in the "thrilling" world of banking. Sure, I learned a thing or two about customer service and the importance of being transparent and efficient, but let's be real – my soul was slowly withering away.

That's when I had my lightbulb moment. I realized that collectors outside of Dublin, Cork, and Galway were being left in the dark. No one was offering a fast, reliable service for those who lived beyond the big cities. The websites were clunkier than a Transformer with a rusty gear, and I knew I could do better. So, armed with my savings and a burning desire to create something incredible, I started Uncanny Collectibles in 2017 from my spare room.
