What is the 'Fair Play' Agreement?

We offer interest-free plans to help you collect. In return, we ask for communication. Since we pay suppliers upfront for your order, we are financially on the hook. If you hit a financial bump, please talk to us rather than 'ghosting' us.

How much is the deposit?

Deposits are non-refundable and based on order total: Orders €100 or less = 30% deposit. Orders €101 to €200 = 35% deposit. Orders €201 or more = 40% deposit.

What are the payment frequency options?

You can split the remaining balance into Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly payments over a maximum of 3 months.

Can I cancel my Payment Plan?

You have a 24-hour grace period to cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours, your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel later, your deposit is forfeited, but any additional payments made towards the balance will be refunded.

What happens if I miss a payment?

We will send reminders. However, if a payment fails and we cannot reach you (and receive no reply) for 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel your plan and forfeit the deposit.

Do I give permission to charge my card?

Yes. By entering the plan, you authorise Uncanny Collectibles to charge the payment method on file according to your chosen schedule.

Collecting high-end items (or buying Christmas gifts in bulk) can be expensive, so we offer a flexible, Interest-Free payment plan to help you spread the cost.

Not Just Pre-Orders: You can use a plan for In-Stock items, Christmas savings, or to lock in a full "Wave" of figures without paying it all today.
Requirements: Plans are available on any order of €80 or more.
Zero Interest: Unlike services like Klarna, we charge 0% interest. You only pay the price of the item.

Your items are released for shipping (or collection) only when the balance is paid in full.

In-Stock Items: Once you make your final payment, we ship your order immediately.
Pre-Orders: If you finish paying your plan before the item arrives, your order sits safely in our "Paid" queue. It will ship the moment the stock arrives from the supplier.
The Golden Rule: We cannot ship any item until 100% of the payment has cleared.

Flexibility: If you come into some cash and want to clear your balance early, just let us know. We can send you a secure link for the remaining amount.
Why do this? Clearing the balance early ensures that if a Pre-Order arrives early, it ships to you immediately without any delay!

Manufacturer Delays: If an item is cancelled by the manufacturer, you get a 100% refund of all money paid (including deposits).

Change of Mind: If you choose to cancel a reserved item, your initial non-refundable deposit may be forfeited, but any additional payments made towards the balance will be refunded.

The Deposit: You pay an initial deposit to secure your items. This shows us you are serious. This deposit is non-refundable.

4. Missed Payments & The "No Ghosting" Policy

We’ve got your back, but we need you to communicate.

Reminders: We will send you email reminders before each payment is due.
Missed Payment: If a payment fails, we will retry and email you.
30-Day Rule: If a payment fails and we cannot reach you (and receive no reply to our emails) for 30 days, we will be forced to cancel your plan and forfeit your deposit to cover our holding costs.

5. Cancellations & The 24-Hour Grace Period

We provide a specific window for you to review these terms.

24-Hour Grace Period: You have 24 hours from placing the order to change your mind. If you cancel within this window, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
After 24 Hours: Your initial deposit becomes non-refundable. If you choose to cancel after this point, your deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments made towards the balance will be refunded to you.
Manufacturer Cancellations: If the manufacturer cancels the item (Pre-Order), you will receive a 100% refund including your deposit.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We are transparent about our terms to avoid surprises.

The Policy: If you dispute a cancellation fee or deposit forfeit after the 24-hour grace period, we will provide your bank with this signed agreement and your order history as documentation that you agreed to these terms.
