Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to items bought with a purchase option, such as pre-orders, special orders and payment plans.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

When you purchase a pre-order or special order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock. We may collect a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.

• Some items require a deposit to secure stock from our suppliers. Deposit terms are always shown at checkout before you commit.
• If you cancel a pre-order or special order before it is fulfilled, the deposit covers our costs, as outlined at checkout.
• If the manufacturer or supplier cancels the item, your deposit is fully refundable — you get back 100% of all money paid.
• Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled — see our returns policy for returns and refunds.

Payment Plans

• You may cancel a payment plan before completion. Your initial deposit covers our costs; any additional payments made towards the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

EU Consumers

If you're located in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period), subject to the deposit terms outlined at checkout.
