When you see something you want, comment claim plus the price and item on the live, for example: claim €100 Archer Small Soldiers. First claim wins. Watch the spelling - a typo can mean we miss your claim!

Instagram and Facebook feed comments to everyone in a slightly different order, so it can look like you were first on your screen. To keep it completely fair, we always go by the order the claims appear on our screen.

After the live ends we tally up your claims and send you an invoice by DM. Invoices are payable within 24 hours of the live ending. If an invoice isn't paid, the items pass to the next person in line, and repeat no-shows may be blocked from future lives.

All your claims from a live are combined into one parcel, so you only pay shipping once. Free shipping applies to orders of €75 or more within the Republic of Ireland. We also ship worldwide: UK and EU shipping is based on the combined weight of your items, and we now ship to the USA on orders up to 2kg (US import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility - UPS will invoice you before delivery).

Quantities are one-offs and other collectors are waiting, so please only claim if you genuinely intend to buy. Made an honest mistake? Comment pass plus the item straight away during the live and we'll open it back up to everyone else.
