The Academy created the Best Makeup Oscar in 1981 largely because of this film, and Rick Baker walked off with the first one. The Warmonger comes from David's nightmare, the sequence where mutant demons kick in the door and wipe out his family in New York. Trick or Treat Studios' version is full head and neck latex, Chris Gallaher's work, officially licensed through Universal. Wear it, or stand it on a shelf and unsettle the postman.
