"I'm Batman."
The Bat-Signal turned up in Detective Comics #60 back in 1942, and Gotham has been paying that electricity bill ever since. Brite Power shrank the whole idea down to something you can hang off your wrist. There is a moulded Batman gripping the barrel, a high powered bat beam, and a morse code flasher switch for anyone who actually learned morse code. It throws the signal up to 1.82 metres, so aim it at the ceiling and keep your expectations low.
