That cackle defined the role. The Joker fish packed into this set nod straight to "The Laughing Fish", the episode where he poisons Gotham's catch so they all grin like him, then tries to copyright the things. Mezco's One:12 Joker shows up in the purple suit, bowtie and boutonnière, four heads of full-blown mania, with a cane that splits to a dagger and a bag of very poor party tricks.
