The Ben Cooper Costume Kids line is one of NECA's most charming ideas — horror villains rendered as kids in vintage-style Halloween costumes, the kind of slightly-naff mask-and-tabard sets that defined trick-or-treat nights from the 1950s to the 80s. Series 9 brings Art the Clown from Terrifier into the fold, dressed in classic Ben Cooper fashion with a printed vinyl-effect tabard showing a cartoon Art, plus the full creepy mask. Fully posable 6-inch figure with a screen-printed Terrifier trick-or-treat bag. Retro-numbered window box packaging seals the deal.
