"Aquaman's problem, in a very large helmet."
Black Manta has been after Arthur since Aquaman #35 in 1965, and in 1977 he made it permanent by killing Aquaman's infant son in Adventure Comics #452. Bronze Age DC did not mess about. This ARTFX+ is the Forever Villains version, crouched low with a blade in each hand, oversized chrome helmet, red optics that fire in the comics. Everything else on him is gunmetal, so the eyes do all the work.
