The hands-on-hips pose is pure Vault-Tec PR: total confidence with zero basis for it. Version 2 catches Vault Boy surveying the ruins like a job well done, the same mascot who fronts the company that caused most of this mess. McFarlane sets him on an environmental base with a backdrop and slips a secret bonus item in the box.
