"Ki ki ki, ma ma ma..."
The purple and teal get-up isn't a designer's whim. It's straight off the 1989 NES game from LJN, where the palette gave Jason a lilac shirt and turquoise skin, and a generation grew up thinking that was normal. Gun Media brought the look back as the Retro Jason skin in Friday the 13th: The Game, and NECA have turned it into a Toony Terrors figure with the wonky cartoon proportions, the pinched hockey mask and an axe for shoulder-carrying duties.
