"He wallows in boiling oil. For fun."
The card-back bio for Slimestone is one of the strangest things Tonka ever printed on a toy: short, squat, disgustingly sinister, happiest when swimming in boiling oil, and armed with a gun that sprays sludge you can never wash off. Nice chap. He shipped in 1986 with a mirror-silver chrome finish over the whole body, which decades of small hands have worn back to the pale yellow plastic underneath. Green eyes and that red grin are still doing plenty of work.
