"Psycho Crusher!"
Bison was not playable in the original 1991 Street Fighter II. He and the other three bosses only opened up with Champion Edition a year later, which is why a generation of arcade kids spent twelve months being battered by a man they were not allowed to use. This is the standard red uniform, cape and all, with a swap head, alternate hands, alternate shoulder pads and a purple Psycho Power flame. Over twenty points of articulation, most of it for hovering.
