"Hang about."
Look at the top of his helmet. That little ring is there because the 1983 Trap Jaw had one too, so kids could string him up and slide him into battle down a line. New Eternia keeps the ring and loads up the robot arm with four attachments: hook, blaster, sword and a claw that swaps with the jaw in his head. Blue skin, green face, purple fur and a skull belt. Skeletor's taste in henchmen was never subtle.
