Anti-Eternia He-Man never set foot in the Filmation cartoon. He comes from the 1980s German He-Man audio plays, where an evil parallel-world He-Man turned up to torment the real one, then stayed a European in-joke for forty years until Origins finally made him plastic. Black armour, grey skin, red eyes, and the chest cross swapped for something far less friendly. Same heroic body underneath, completely different career path. One of the stranger corners of He-Man lore, and all the better for it.
