Every Metal Gear Solid player heard the Colonel scream that down the codec more times than they'd like to admit. The same game had Psycho Mantis read your memory card, mock your other Konami saves, and only fall over once you moved the controller to port 2, which sent half the PlayStation owners of the late nineties looking for the manual. These are Konami's own promo tags from the 1999 Western launch, one with the Metal Gear Solid logo and Tactical Espionage Action strapline, the other with the Konami logo. Military cut, zero stealth.
