The time machine was nearly a fridge. The writers first had Doc's contraption built into a refrigerator, then switched to the DeLorean partly out of worry that kids would copy it and get stuck in old fridges. This Ultimate Doc Brown wears Christopher Lloyd's likeness across three looks: Part 1 (1985) with the flux capacitor drawing and blueprints, the Twin Pines hazmat-suit test version with revolver and remote, and future Doc (2015) with his case of emergency cash and binoculars. The wild hair comes as standard.
