Tim Burton's 1989 Batman is the one that kicked the door in for every comic book film since, and Michael Keaton's brooding, barely-speaking Bruce Wayne still holds up. NECA's clothed take goes full Mego energy: tailored soft goods suit, wired cape you can actually pose, and the grumpy Keaton head under the cowl. It's Burton-era Gotham on your shelf, minus the neon and the Prince soundtrack. A lovely nod to old-school 8-inch figures with modern detailing to back it up.
