HBO's Welcome to Derry finally winds the clock back to the 1960s to show one of those earlier feedings, with Bill Skarsgård back under the greasepaint. NECA's quarter-scale Pennywise looms over 18 inches, poseable, with interchangeable heads and hands plus a wired red balloon that hangs exactly where you want it. The balloon's usually the last thing they see.
