Mirage let other creators loose on the Turtles for one-off stories, which is how you end up with Puma Blues, a bleak little tale of Raphael as the last one left in a dead future. NECA built the figure from it: soft goods cape, removable hat, aged and weathered from head to shell, two sai, three throwing stars and three knives. He even comes with the flying ray that keeps him company. Not the cheeriest shelf piece you will own.
