In the films, John Kramer didn't buy Billy, he built him, a puppet originally made for the son he never got to raise. This 1:1 Trick or Treat Studios prop is the full-fat version of that creation, made by Mark Anthony of The Scary Closet. Light-up eyes, a moving mouth, poseable arms and a weighted torso so Billy sits like he owns the chair. Press his wrist for two clips in Tobin Bell's voice, including the famous invitation to play. Black suit, red bowtie, the lot.
