The first Saw was shot in about eighteen days on a shoestring, which is partly why so much of the horror rests on one creepy puppet rather than expensive effects. Trick or Treat Studios modelled this full head Billy on screen references, down to the cold dead eyes, rosy cheeks, red spiral paint and that smug little smirk. Adult size latex. Add a black suit and the look is complete. Tricycle sold separately, sadly.
