Crosshair says it like a man hiding behind an excuse, except he isn't. The sting of the first series is finding out his inhibitor chip was removed long before the finale, and he chose the Empire anyway. Rex got the chip cut out and ran. Crosshair kept his and stayed. This is him in his Elite Squad kit, clone armour dipped in Imperial black, leading recruits who will never hit what he hits.
