The MTV-7 never appears in a single frame of The Empire Strikes Back. Kenner invented it. Mini-Rigs were cheap one-figure vehicles built to sell a ship-shaped toy at pocket-money prices, and collectors have been chasing them ever since. Palitoy handled Star Wars for the UK out of Coalville in Leicestershire, so this is the version a lot of us grew up with. Chunky wheels, open cockpit, room for one pilot. Hoth's most deniable vehicle.
