Jon Favreau's team floated swapping the Grogu puppet for CGI and Werner Herzog, on set as The Client, told them they were cowards. The puppet stayed. So did the merchandising, which is where this comes in: a 3cm enamel pin sealed in a blind box, one of six designs, and you do not get to pick. Half the fun is the shake test before you open it. The other half is convincing yourself the duplicate was always the one you wanted.
