"Raphael is cool but crude."
In Eastman and Laird's 1984 comic all four turtles wore red bandanas and nobody could tell them apart. The colours arrived later, for the toys and the cartoon, which means Raph is the only one still wearing the original. Super7's Ultimates version is the 1987 cartoon look at seven inches, scowl included, with the sais he never puts down, a slice of pizza and a turtle-com for the calls he has no intention of answering.
