The other half of Shredder's least competent henchmen duo. Rocksteady was just a street punk before the mutagen turned him into a walking tank with a rhino horn and zero impulse control. He and Bebop have been failing to catch four teenage turtles since 1987, but they look good doing it. Super7's Ultimates version loads him up with his rifle, knife, and manhole cover shield — the same loadout that's never quite enough to get the job done.
