James Cameron dreamed up the Terminator after a fever in Rome left him picturing a chrome skeleton dragging itself out of a fire. He wanted Arnold for Kyle Reese and handed him the villain instead, which worked out fine for everyone. This Ultimate release is the 1984 look: the bullet-riddled biker jacket and the wrecked half-face from the police station assault. Three heads take him from shades-and-leather to exposed endoskeleton eye, and the gun locker is stocked with the SPAS-12, the AR-18 and the Model 15.
