"The most upsetting face at the party."
Art the Clown started life in a 2008 short film called The 9th Circle, played by Mike Giannelli, and only became David Howard Thornton's problem from 2016 onwards. This is the bloody version of the Trick or Treat Studios latex mask, so the greasepaint grin arrives pre-splattered with someone else's evening. Full head pull-on, which means the moment you turn round is the moment the room goes quiet. Damien Leone designed the face himself. He has never explained what Art actually is, and that helps.
