Gunnar Hansen said Leatherface had a face for every job: one for killing, an old lady one for the housework, and this one for dinner. The Pretty Woman comes out for the infamous family meal, a scene that took around 26 hours to shoot in the Texas heat, with the cast stuck in the same clothes and the food going off under the lights. Trick or Treat Studios made it in hard-wearing vinyl, with the dark shaggy hair, smeared red lipstick, blue eyeshadow and stitched brow. Somebody clearly did their make-up without a mirror.
