"Loud, hairy, and always in the wrong place."
Monkian was the Mutant whose plans fell apart before he finished describing them, which on Third Earth is saying something. Peter Newman voiced him with that hooting laugh, then turned around and voiced Tygra in the same episodes. LJN's 1985 Series 1 figure has the cream mane, the red eyes and the spiked flail on its chain, with the Battle-Matic lever driving the arm. His shield went walkabout decades ago, as they nearly always do.
