The A.W.E. Striker arrived in the G.I. Joe line in 1985 as the small all-terrain buggy nobody expected to love, and this is the turtle version of it. Roll cage, oversized tyres, missile launcher bolted on the back. April O'Neil comes with it in full Scarlett kit, along with her Channel 6 microphone and a camera crossbow, which is the best joke in the entire crossover. 26cm long, fits the whole turtle team, and the box holds the underground half of the Cowabunker blueprint.
