Mayor Grody finally gets his release after 30+ years in limbo. Originally designed by Alexander Ray and Michelle Varner for the '90s Toxic Crusaders toy line, this villain was shown in prototype form but never made it to shelves - until now. Trick or Treat Studios teamed up with Troma Entertainment to bring this lost figure back from the dead. Comes loaded with his gas mask, bandolier, B.O. Gun, secret glow-in-the-dark weapon, and slime.
