Frank Welker ran his voice through a vocoder to get that flat monotone, and it became the most imitated sound in G1. Legacy United gives the Decepticon communications officer the Leader Class treatment: blue and grey, a chest door that actually opens, and 18 steps from robot to cassette player. We have two of these, each with two of the three tapes. Pick your pair of minions below. The third one is out there somewhere, sulking.
