The official explanation for Blanka's electricity is that he learned it from electric eels in the Amazon. Not a lab accident, not a curse. He wrestled eels until it stuck. Which makes a glow-in-the-dark Blanka the most sensible variant in the whole line. The green plastic charges under a lamp and holds its own light on the shelf, and the colours differ from the standard release too, red trunks and a brighter mane. Snarling swap head, spare hands and an Electric Thunder effect in the box.
