In the 1994 Street Fighter film, Blanka is Guile's mate Charlie, mutated in a tank by Bison and never really explained afterwards. The game version is simpler. Jungle survivor, green as a lime, electricity instead of a personality. Jada's 1/12 figure is the classic arcade look, brown trunks, orange mane, ankle shackles, with a snarling swap head and spare hands. Two chunky translucent lightning bursts slot around him so the Electric Thunder actually reads on a shelf instead of being implied.
