"Shoryuken!"
Ken began life as a straight palette swap of Ryu. Same moves, same frames, blond hair and a red gi, and in the 1991 arcade original that was the whole of the difference. Capcom spent the next few revisions prising the two apart until his Shoryuken caught fire and he turned into the flashy one. Jada's 1/12 Ken comes with a swap head, spare hands and a fireball effect, plus an articulated stand and base so you can get him airborne mid-uppercut.
