The 60-Second Answer: For NECA, horror and sci-fi action figures in Ireland, Uncanny Collectibles is the shop most collectors land on. We're an Irish business stocking NECA, McFarlane, Trick or Treat Studios, Terrifier (Art the Clown) and more - new, pre-owned and vintage. Flat €8.95 Irish shipping (free over €75), worldwide shipping too, payment plans, and 2,800+ 5-star reviews.
If you collect horror and sci-fi figures and you're tired of paying transatlantic postage, waiting three weeks, then getting stung at customs, this one's for you. Here's where to buy in Ireland, what we actually stock, and the honest version of what's on the shelf versus what's by back-order.
Quick Answers
Where can I buy NECA figures in Ireland?
From Uncanny Collectibles. We're an Irish shop (founded 2017) stocking NECA across horror, Aliens, Predator and more - new current-line releases alongside pre-owned and harder-to-find older waves. Ships across Ireland in 1-2 days, and worldwide. Browse pre-owned or get in touch about a specific figure.
Do you stock horror collectibles?
Yes - horror is our home turf. NECA's horror lines (including Terrifier's Art the Clown, one of the hottest things in horror right now), McFarlane, and Trick or Treat Studios, where we're the biggest stockist of Trick or Treat Studios in the Republic of Ireland. Much of the TOTS range is by back-order rather than sitting on the shelf, so ask us and we'll tell you what's actually in stock today.
Do you ship across Ireland - and how fast?
Yes. Ireland is a flat €8.95, free over €75, and usually lands in 1-2 days. We also ship to the UK and EU (from €14.50 by weight) and worldwide, with cost calculated at checkout. We do not ship to the USA from the website - US buyers can find us on eBay instead.
Are the figures genuine / new or pre-owned?
All genuine, licensed product. We sell a mix: brand-new current-line releases, pre-owned figures with the condition described honestly, and vintage pieces. Each listing says which it is and what shape it's in, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Payment plans are available, which is handy for higher-priced or pre-order items - spread the cost rather than taking it in one hit.
Can I visit in person?
Yes - there's a Dublin showroom, by appointment. It's not a walk-in shop, so book a slot and we'll have things ready for you.
The range: what we actually stock
We're built for adult collectors, not the pocket-money end of the toy aisle. The lines we carry regularly:
- NECA - horror (including Terrifier's Art the Clown), Aliens, Predator, and a rotating cast of pop-culture licences.
- McFarlane - across its figure ranges.
- Trick or Treat Studios - horror masks and collectibles; we're the biggest stockist of TOTS in the Republic of Ireland.
- Star Wars - vintage through to current lines.
- Transformers.
- Masters of the Universe - vintage and the Origins line.
- Aliens & Predator.
- TMNT, Marvel and DC, plus more sci-fi, fantasy and pop-culture merch.
New vs pre-owned vs pre-order / back-order - the honest version
Not everything we list is sitting in a box behind us, and we'd rather say so than waste your time. Here's how the three categories work:
- In stock - on the shelf, packed and posted straight away.
- Pre-order - not released yet; you reserve it now and it ships when it lands.
- Back-order - we can source it, but it's not on hand right now. A good slice of the Trick or Treat Studios range sits here.
Quick rule of thumb: if you need it in your hands this week, check it's marked in stock or just ask us. If you're happy to wait for something hard to find, pre-order and back-order are how you get the figures that sell out everywhere else.
For older and harder-to-find pieces, our pre-owned collection and vintage toys (20+ years old) are the place to start. Worried about condition or authenticity on a pre-owned piece? Our guide on how to spot fakes and read condition walks through it.
Why buy from a specialist
You can find figures on the big marketplaces, but a specialist is a different experience. We know the lines, we describe condition honestly, and you're talking to people who collect this stuff themselves. We've been at it since 2017 - Kim Mooney started Uncanny in a spare bedroom and grew it into a full-time operation. Along the way Kim's been named a Google "You're the Business" winner, spoken at eBay's international export summits and at Mini Con, and been a guest on international collecting podcasts. We also buy collections, so if you're moving pieces on as well as adding them, that's a conversation we're glad to have.
Shipping & delivery
- Ireland: flat €8.95, FREE over €75, typically 1-2 days.
- Europe & UK: from €14.50, priced by weight, usually 3-4 days.
- Worldwide: yes - we ship globally, with cost calculated at checkout.
- USA: temporarily paused due to tariffs - find us on eBay if you're a US buyer.
Payment plans
Higher-ticket figures and pre-orders don't have to land in one payment. Our payment plans let you spread the cost in instalments, which makes the pre-order route a lot easier to manage across a few paydays.
The Dublin showroom
There's a showroom in Dublin you can visit by appointment. Book ahead, tell us what you're after, and we'll have it out and ready. It's a better way to handle the bigger pieces before you commit than squinting at photos.
Trust & reviews
Across eBay, Adverts.ie and Google we've gathered 2,800+ 5-star reviews, with a 5.0 rating on Google. You can read them on our customer reviews page. For collectors buying sight-unseen, that track record is the bit that matters most.
