How our live sales work

We sell live on our streams — real items, one of each, sold as seen on camera. Here's everything you need to know before you buy.

Do I need an account?

Yes. You must have an account and be signed in to buy live items. Set it up once with Shop Pay (save your card and address) and every checkout after that takes about ten seconds. Do it before the show — live items don't wait around.

How do I buy during a live?

On Facebook, tap the link in the pinned comment under the stream. On Instagram, tap the link in our bio or the Live Sale story. Both bring you to the live collection, where items are numbered to match the stream. Find the item number we're showing, hit buy, done. First to pay gets it — an item in your basket is not yours until it's paid for.

What condition are the items in?

Sold as seen on the stream. Items are pre-owned unless we say otherwise on camera. The stream is the product photo: we show condition in full, on video, and every stream is recorded.

How much is shipping?

One flat fee per order: Ireland €9.95 · UK & Europe €14.50. Buying more live items later the same night? Enter code LIVESHIP at checkout and you won't pay shipping again — it works once you've paid for your first live order, and it dies at midnight. Please note our normal free shipping over €75 (Ireland) does not apply to live sale items.

Prefer to collect? Choose the click & collect option at checkout and pick your items up from our Dublin showroom free of charge — by appointment, as always.

How long do the live prices last?

Until midnight on the night of the stream. After that, prices go back up and the code stops working. Missed the live? You've still got until midnight.

What's a Slasher item?

On some streams we feature one or two Slasher items. They start at a high price, and every seven minutes we take another slash at it, live on camera. First to pay wins at that moment's price. But here's the catch: when it hits its lowest price, you get one final seven-minute window. If nobody's bought it by then, it's gone — straight back to full price on the spot, no midnight grace, vanished from the sale like Ghostface. Can you hold your nerve longer than everyone else can hold theirs?

Can I add normal shop items to my live order?

Absolutely, fill your boots. Anything from the main store can go in the same basket as live items — full-price items stay full price. And once you've paid for your first live order of the night, code LIVESHIP ships everything free until midnight, including the full-price stuff. Orders with no live items in them follow our normal shipping rules as usual.

Do you combine orders?

Yes — win multiple items in one night and they ship together in one box, one shipping fee (that's what LIVESHIP is for).

I saw a brand new item on the stream that wasn't discounted — what's that about?

Sometimes we showcase brand new arrivals during a live. Those are full price in the main store, usually one available, and our normal shipping rules apply to them.
