NBC wanted to rescue the show after ABC dropped it in 1968, then discovered the sets had already been torn down and quietly walked away. That is how the Adam West era ended. This is the retro card release from Hot Wheels' 2014 Batman six-car series, number 1 of 6, with comic art of Batman leaping over Gotham instead of the usual blue mainline card. Gloss black die-cast, red pinstriping, smoked canopies, chrome interior, chrome 5-spoke wheels.
