The Batmobile came loaded with things nobody needed and everybody wanted: a nose-mounted chain slicer, an on-board telephone, a police beacon and a parachute for the hard stops. The real car went under the hammer in 2013 for 4.62 million dollars. This is the 1/50 Series 2 casting, the bigger detailed one rather than the pocket money version, and it carries a trailer hitch on the tail so it can tow the 1966 Batboat if you hunt one down.
