Warner Bros. got somewhere around 50,000 letters of complaint when Michael Keaton was cast as Batman in 1989. The comedy guy from Mr. Mom, in the cowl. Then the film opened, made a fortune, and everyone quietly filed those letters away. This Keaton Bats has had a rougher time of it than the fans did. He is broken, incomplete or damaged, and he has landed in the Zombie Zone for whoever fancies a custom job, a spare cape or a donor body.
