Verminous Skumm's personal ride from the 1991 Tiger Toys line. This rat-faced villain terrorised the Planeteers every Saturday morning, and his Skumm-O-Copter came loaded with a capture net and "Rat Rot" spray to ruin Captain Planet's day. The trigger-activated spinning rotors still work after 30+ years. Legendary 90s eco-villain gear.
