"All it takes is one bad day."
Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo opened the New 52 by having the Joker's face cut off in Detective Comics #1, then left it nailed up in the GCPD basement for a year. He came back wearing it, strapped on with belts. Ikkei Jitsukata's ARTFX+ is that Joker, black suit, white gloves, knife up, leaning in with the grin already going. The green hair and the red mouth are the only colour on him.
