Orm Marius, Aquaman's half-brother and the most relentlessly bitter man in Atlantis. Where Arthur got the nobility, Orm got the resentment, and a lifetime project of trying to take the throne, the kingdom and everything else his brother values. The New 52 era gave Ocean Master one of his best modern looks, all purple scale armour and that horned helmet/mask combo. McFarlane's Gold Label release captures the Geoff Johns-era redesign cleanly, with the trident present and ready for some sibling rivalry on the shelf.
