Martha Wayne went full Joker in this timeline, carving her own smile after Bruce died in Crime Alley. Thomas went the other way, put on the cowl and started carrying guns, which tells you how well Flashpoint Gotham was going. McFarlane's release is the unmasked variant, so instead of the cowl you get Thomas's face, the grey streak and a jaw set to permanent disappointment.
