"Oh, Mickey!"
Russi Taylor voiced Minnie from 1986 and later married Wayne Allwine, the man who voiced Mickey. They stayed married for nearly twenty years, which is a level of commitment to the job you rarely see. In 1979 Lesney sat Minnie in a dark blue open-top Lincoln for the Matchbox Walt Disney series, a vinyl figure in the pink polka-dot bow, die-cast body, chrome bumpers, black plastic wheels. Sealed since then, and still better taste in cars than Mickey.
