His file card describes a career criminal motivated by greed and general nastiness, which is refreshingly honest for a children's toy. He comes with a hydraulic jaws-of-life cutter, an assault rifle with a hooked bayonet, a bladed pistol and a trench knife with a knuckle guard. Four accessories.
