"Navy SEAL. Permanently damp."
The 1983 Torpedo came in a real rubber wetsuit, which meant every kid took him in the bath and every one of those figures now has a wetsuit the texture of an old bicycle tyre. Hasbro have wisely dropped the rubber. He gets the full dive rig instead, a rebreather backpack with mask and snorkel, two fins, a speargun with line and two dive knives. Also a submachine gun, so the bath was clearly more dangerous than anyone let on. Fins come off for the shelf.
